本日よりゲリラ配信スタート！ Nintendo Switch新作ソフト『リズム天国 ミラクルスターズ』ゲーム内楽曲に、新曲「Love me forever!」が収録！

7月2日(木)に任天堂株式会社から発売されたNintendo Switch新作ソフト『リズム天国 ミラクルスターズ』のゲーム内に収録されている新曲「Love me forever!」が、本日より配信スタートしました！

「Love me forever!」は、つんく♂による書き下ろしの新曲。かねてからリズム天国愛をSNSで語っていたAdoにとっては念願の作品収録となりました。どことなくエスニック感を感じさせるメロディーとリズム天国らしいビート感が合わさった楽曲となっています！ なお、ジャケットのイラストは任天堂・リズム天国チームが制作しました。

「Adoさんがリズム天国で歌ってくれたら楽しいな」って思ってました。約5年前、「めちゃモテ I LOVE YOU」を歌唱してYouTubeにアップしてくれたのを見て、いつかご一緒したいという気持ちがあったんです。

『リズム天国 ミラクルスターズ』を制作するにあたって、「歌唱ありの曲」は予定していましたが、知名度ではなく、あくまでもリズムを奏でる楽しさを大切にしてきたシリーズです。だから今回、まっさらな気持ちで「Adoさん、リズム天国で歌唱することに興味あります!?」と問い合わせてもらいました。結果は「参加したい」との返事。スタッフ一同、大感動でした。

ただ、そこからが本当に大変でした。Adoさんが歌うべきリズム天国らしい曲とは何か。半年、いや1年くらい悩みました。転機になったのは、ハワイで観たAdoさんのライブ。歌声を浴びて、「Adoという声が、この二次元の中でどう存在するべきか」が見えたんです。

そこから生まれたのが、「Love me forever!」。自由になりたい。でも、ひとりにはしないでほしい。そんな孤独や葛藤、希望を抱えた叫びを、この曲に込めました。

The new song “Love me forever!”, featured in the new Nintendo Switch title “Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars” released on Thursday, July 2, is now available for streaming starting today!

“Love me forever!” is a brand new song written by Tsunku♂. For Ado, who has been expressing her love for the Rhythm Heaven series on social media, having her music included in the franchise is a dream come true. The song blends an ethnic vibe with the signature, catchy beat characteristic of Rhythm Heaven! Additionally, the cover artwork was created by Nintendo’s Rhythm Heaven team.

“I thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be fun if Ado-san sang for Rhythm Heaven?’ Around five years ago, I saw her cover of ‘Mechamote I LOVE YOU’ on YouTube, and ever since then, I’ve wanted to work with her.

When developing Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars, we had planned to include songs with vocals. However, this series has always prioritized the joy of playing to the rhythm rather than mainstream popularity. That’s why this time, with an open mind, we reached out and asked, ‘Ado-san, would you be interested in singing for Rhythm Heaven!?’ Her response was ‘Yes, I would.’ The entire staff team was incredibly moved.

But from there, is when the real challenge started. What kind of Rhythm Heaven-esque song should Ado-san sing? I thought about it for six months, maybe even a year. The turning point was when I saw Ado-san’s live performance in Hawaii. After being showered by her vocals, I suddenly saw the vision of how the voice of ‘Ado’ should exist within this 2D world.

That vision gave birth to ‘Love me forever!’. The desire to be free, yet to not be left alone. I poured those cries of loneliness, conflict, and hope into this song.”
