“Ado’s Utattemita Album Vol. 2” Confirmed for Release on Wednesday, December 23!
The highly anticipated second installment of Ado’s cover album series, “Ado’s Utattemita Album Vol. 2”, featuring iconic Vocaloid, J-POP, and Western songs requested by fans worldwide, will officially be released on Wednesday, December 23!
It has been about three years since her previous release, 2023’s “Ado’s Utattemita Album”. During this time, Ado has continuously evolved, embarking on the largest-scale world tour in Japanese artist history and delivering live performances on major stages across Japan. With her vastly upgraded vocal range and expressive prowess, she takes on Western tracks in addition to Vocaloid and J-POP for this release, resulting in an album that transcends both genres and international borders.
Featured tracks include “Delusion Disease ■ Girl” (a 2014 Vocaloid song co-created by Vocaloid producer rerulili and singer-songwriter Moja), “Kuchibashi ni Cherry” (released by EGO-WRAPPIN’ in 2002, which Ado sang before her debut as an assignment from her record label), and Metallica’s 1991 hit “Enter Sandman,” which Ado covered live on stage at SUMMER SONIC 2026. Further tracklist details will be revealed later!
